Propath is the UK’s leading specialist in molecular pathology for biopharmaceutical R&D, particularly for the development of novel immunotherapies.
We are seeking to recruit a technician for our growing molecular pathology division. This unique role involves supporting Study Directors on a variety of GLP, GCP and experimental studies involving immunohistochemistry (IHC).
The candidate will gain significant knowledge and hands-on experience, and will receive full training in the role. Progression to Molecular Pathology Scientist and Senior Scientist positions is possible for motivated candidates.
Candidates must hold a science degree, have prior laboratory experience, have a willingness to develop new skills and be ready to apply themselves fully. Knowledge of IHC staining and developing novel methods is highly desirable. Also desirable is experience of GLP/ GCP, section cutting and cryotomy.
