The salary range will be Grade 7 (£37,936 - £41,163 per annum) / Grade 8 (£42,304 - £49,904 per annum), plus £10,000 Market Supplement per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.

The UCL School of Management is seeking a full-time or part-time Teaching Fellow/Senior Teaching Fellow able to lead School’s education and enterprise activities in the area of Project Management. In line with the School’s focus on innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, and analytics, applications from candidates with knowledge of and experience with agile project management, entrepreneurial project management, data science, risk management, and project portfolio management are particularly encouraged. The post-holder will be a member of team delivering a portfolio of modules in project management. The post-holder will also be expected to manage and teach a variety of modules at undergraduate and postgraduate level relating to project management related topics, together with undergraduate and postgraduate dissertation supervision, personal tutoring, and wider citizenship and knowledge exchange roles.

The post holder will be expected to work across the full calendar year. Normally 60% of time is spent teaching, preparing assessments, marking, and module organization (including management of any teaching assistants where required). 40% of time is spent on School and UCL activities including, illustratively, internal examining and moderating, personal tutoring, serving on committees and sub-committees, outreach activities, and scholarship and knowledge exchange activities.

The appointment is available from 02 January 2018.

It is expected that all applicants will have solid knowledge of theories and practice of project management - evidenced through a combination of undergraduate and/or post-graduate study.

For consideration of appointment at Senior Teaching Fellow level, it is expected that an applicant will have a PhD or equivalent Doctorate or equivalent professional qualification.
