An exciting opportunity currently exists for two experienced clinical trials managers to contribute to world class translational research hosted by the University of Oxford’s Primary Care Clinical Trials Unit. We are seeking to appoint to two posts taking responsibility for working on developing and running trials in the Behavioural Health Medicines portfolio and the Cardiovascular and Renal portfolio.

The ideal candidates are educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, proactive with a positive and flexible attitude and exceptional communication skills. You will have experience of working as a clinical trials manager within a non-commercial setting and up-to-date knowledge of all regulations and guidelines applicable to clinical trials. Experience working on behavioural studies and trials within a primary care setting will be an advantage. There will be a requirement to travel within the UK to research sites.

The posts are offered full - or part-time for two years in the first instance. 

The Primary Care Clinical Trials Unit (PC-CTU) is based in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences at the University of Oxford. The PC-CTU is involved in the design, conduct and analysis of pragmatic RCTs and CTIMPs encompassing the disease areas of diabetes, vascular disease, cancer, and infectious diseases within a primary care setting (www.primarycare.ox.ac.uk/ctu)
