Centre for Public Health


We are seeking to appoint a Clinical Professor to provide leadership within the clinical academic base of Medicine within the Centre for Public Health, and the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (BHSCT).  The post holder will lead the development and delivery of an innovative research programme in epidemiology and public health, particularly in relation to dermatology and in line with the School’s research strategy.  The successful candidate will teach at undergraduate and postgraduate level and will contribute to the School’s administration/outreach activity.  The post holder will also deliver and enhance clinical services.

While we are seeking to appoint at Clinical Professor level, in the event that we are unable to make an appointment, consideration will be given to appointing at a Clinical Reader level.
