The University of Bedfordshire is looking to appoint an Employability Adviser for a fixed term of one year. As part of the Careers and Employability Service, this post will be based in our Campus Centre, Luton.
The successful candidate will join three other Employability Advisers and will report to the Deputy Head of Careers. This team works with different academic departments across four faculties as well as providing advice, guidance and employment support to students and graduates via workshops, guidance interviews and drop in sessions. In addition you will be required to work with employers to develop appropriate networks and secure their engagement and support of the University’s Employability Strategy.
The role will also involve providing consultancy and support to academics and other faculty staff, supporting faculty employability initiatives and helping to ensure that positive graduate outcomes are achieved.
