Full time starting salary is normally in the range £21,904 to £23,532. With potential progression once in post to £27,242 a year.
The Study Abroad Administrator (Outgoing International) will provide professional administrative support for the Study Abroad and Exchanges team which supports outgoing student mobility, including administering outgoing applications, day to day administration of budgets and financial payments, and general activities related to outgoing student mobility. The post-holder will be responsible for managing a high volume of independent activity while managers are away from the office overseas.
The Office manages over 200 exchange agreements with international institutional partners and over 450 outgoing students participate in mobility (study or work placements) every year. International Relations is responsible for the payment of grants to participating outgoing Erasmus students on study and work placements, and administering both incoming and outgoing students on non-Erasmus exchanges.
