We are looking for two new team leaders to join our Student Services Centre team in order to ensure that our students receive a professional, supportive and seamless experience and that our services are continuously improved.
The Student Services Centre team provides a one-stop face-to-face and digital service to students, seeking to own and resolve queries at the first point of contact and pulling in expertise where necessary. The team is also responsible for delivering major student lifecycle events including Registration at the start of students’ studies with us and Graduation at the end.
You will have experience of delivering customer services to a large and diverse customer base, and of supervising teams in order to achieve organisational goals. Measuring the quality and effectiveness of the service provided will be important to you and you will have experience of improving systems and processes for the demonstrable benefit of customers. Experience of planning and organising events will be an advantage.
