This role is responsible for managing the recruitment of UK-based students to Henley MBA and postgraduate programmes. You will also support the recruitment of Henley undergraduate students from the UK. This student recruitment role, which will involve B2B sales and recruitment, requires the individual to manage the full range of responsibilities to ensure that recruitment activity is planned and executed to a high standard, maximising return on investment. This will involve leveraging Henley’s corporate connections, alumni community and recruitment events as well as proactively developing leads, identifying prospects and managing the sales pipeline. The post holder will be a key point of contact with corporate clients. They will also be responsible for B2C recruitment onto the Henley MBA portfolio and other Henley Business School programmes as required.
The successful candidate will be develop and implement a regional recruitment strategy to increase student recruitment of high-quality, UK-based students to Henley Business School.
You will:
- have experience of having successful recruited to targets;
- have an exceptional telephone manner and have first class-communication and customer-service skills;
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and prospects as well as maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
- a confident presenter who has experience in a customer-facing B2B or B2C role;
- knowledge of the UK MBA and postgraduate market would be a distinct advantage and strong sales and/or business development experience is ideal.
