The Acceleration Through Innovation Project (AtI) is a £3 million, 3 year project supported by the European Regional Development Fund.
Applications are invited for two fixed term Business Innovation Advisor positions.
Under the guidance of the Project Manager (AtI) you will be the main contact and referral point for first stage enquiries from Cornish businesses regarding the Acceleration through Innovation project (Atl). You will be responsible for the successful achievement of ATI project outputs and tasked with maintaining clear client engagement records that support project deliverables and outcomes. As a BIA, your responsibilities will include: managing client liaison, evaluating business needs and providing support in the form of coaching, signposting and the conduction of innovation audits. Employing a range of different engagement methodologies, you will be required to maximise benefits to business in the County by working closely with relevant stakeholders and regional partners; promoting the ATI project to ensure it is seen as open and accessible to all. You will need to have an understanding of business innovation and be able to demonstrate a track record of working in a targeted environment using sales metrics.
These are full-time posts, working 37 hours per week on a fixed term basis to 31st March 2020 and are based at the Pool Innovation Centre.
