An exciting opportunity has arisen for bright, determined individuals to join Coventry University’s Finance service as an Assistant Accountant. These posts are part of a team which provides support to the University’s Academic Faculties and ensures provision of a consistent, high quality management accounting service to the University.
As part of a small team, each role will be responsible for providing a financial management and business partnering service to one of the University’s Academic Faculties. The specific responsibilities of the post include completion of budgets, forecasts and management accounts to strict deadlines, taking a proactive role in effective communication with budget holders.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of management accounting, planning and reporting. They will ideally be working towards a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.
