The salary will be paid at Grade 8, £49,722 to £57,674 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.

The Associate Director of Widening Participation provides strategic leadership for widening participation. The role holder ensures the institution is compliant with statutory regulation by the Office for Fair Access. Leading a team of over 15 talented practitioners the role is responsible for ensuring our sector-leading programmes deliver for young people, schools and the university. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into implementation. They will be passionate about the social mobility agenda and the life chances of young people and mature learners.

The selection process will include competency based questions, a presentation and an interview
