This is an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join the Policy & Regulations team within the Academic Registry providing a challenging and varied working environment.

In addition to supporting events managed and delivered by the Academic Registry, the post-holder will lead on the effective delivery of Academic Appeals and Complaints. For this post, proven experience of working in a busy administrative environment is essential. The post involves working with a range of staff from across all sections of the University, so excellent communication skills are essential.

The post-holder will be expected to embed and communicate policy enthusiastically. Policies, procedures, system developments and implementing new processes that ensure policy compliance will be a key part of this role.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically the advanced functions of Excel, as well as the ability to prioritise their own workload and have highly developed organisational, administrative and customer focused service skills. Experience of developing and applying policy or regulations would be a particular asset to this role.
