An excellent opportunity has arisen within the University Doctoral College for a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator (Student Experience). This role will support the Doctoral College Manager to ensure content on the Doctoral College website is up-to-date and provides excellent user experience.
This key post requires an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication and writing skills to provide information and administrative support for a number of promotional projects and activities. The role includes media work, producing written materials for the Doctoral College website and organising events. It also involves servicing committees, drafting reports and writing guidance notes.
We are looking for someone who is creative, an excellent writer, and who can work quickly and independently. You will be a team player with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will also be able to build effective working relationships and liaise with colleagues at all levels.
You will have:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- experience of working with a content management system
- the ability to manage your own workload effectively and set key tasks for others
- a proven track record in identifying and resolving problems
- experience in organising events
- the ability to manage competing priorities
- good attention to detail
The starting salary for this post is £24,285, rising in annual increments to £28,936.
Interviews will be held either 3rd October or 6th October.
