The My Bradford Advisor Apprenticeship will involve working both independently and as part of a team. You will be expected to work efficiently and with integrity showing a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop. The role involves demonstrating strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopting a proactive approach to development. You will be involved in developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving administrativion standards and behaviours to support your own progression towards the responsibilities of the My Bradford Advisor role.
The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different departments of the University of Bradford and interact with students, staff, and visitors. There will be a focus on adding value in the role which contributes to the efficiency of our services, through support of functional areas, liaising and working closely with teams, and resolving issues as requested. This will allow you to develop a wide range of skills.

This opportunity is a level 3 apprenticeship and will follow the existing 'Business Administration' apprenticeship framework or the new 'Business Administrator' apprenticeship standard, depending on whether this apprenticeship standard is approved for delivery and local training providers are available at appointment stage following interview. The apprenticeship is normally completed within a period of 12 to 18 months.
