We are recruiting allied health professional facilitators to co-deliver a group self-management intervention in community venues, alongside a trained research nurse facilitator.
The study is a multi-centre randomised controlled trial comparing a group self-management intervention with a relaxation control for participants living with chronic headache (headache on 15 or more days a month for at least three months). The study aims to test the effectiveness and cost effectiveness of these interventions. The study will be run in two regions across the UK (the Midlands and London).
Successful applicants will be trained to deliver the intervention, which comprises of a two day group programme within the community co-delivered with a research nurse facilitator.
You will be able to state on your application which parts of which region you are prepared to travel to and work in.
