This role provides an exciting opportunity to join the Estates team at Bournemouth University. We are a highly motivated team responsible for the maintenance and service of the university whilst managing the development of exciting new academic buildings in line with the BU2018 vision.
Reporting to the Estates Operations Manager you will co-ordinate and supervise the activities of the Administration Team within Estates. You will be an excellent administrator and have previous knowledge of supervising a team in a busy and vibrant office environment. You should be used to working with a Senior Management team.
You will be able to prioritise and supervise the varied and busy workload of the administration team whilst meeting deadlines and be confident working on your own initiative. Excellent proven minute taking and IT skills are essential for this role as is the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels across BU.
