The post of Departmental Officer supports the Senior Department Coordinator and academic staff within the Department of Informatics with regard to all departmental activity that is not related to programme administration, particularly in relation to finance and purchasing, space planning & facilities and HR procedures. This is an ideal opportunity to develop an understanding of all processes involved in running a department, and offers a good foundation for a career in higher education administration. There are numerous training and development opportunities available, supported by our College and Faculty.
The selection process will include an assessment and a panel interview. Interviews are scheduled to be held: week commencing 2nd October
