As the International Opportunities Coordinator for the University, based with the Career & Employability Services team, you will be responsible for leading the University's study and work abroad programmes for incoming and outgoing students. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the application administration process for all incoming and outgoing exchange and visiting students.
- Leading the University's participation in the Erasmus+ programmes.
- Leading the University's membership of the International Student Exchange Programme.
- Managing the University's relationships with its bi-lateral exchange partners.
- Promoting study and work abroad programmes to students and providing one to one and group information & advice services to students considering or undertaking study or work abroad opportunities.
- Working with Faculties to agree exchange numbers, support approval processes for programmes, and support student/module matching processes, enrolment and registration processes.
Occasional international travel to attend conferences and visit partner institutions will be required. Occasional evening or weekend working to support student events may be required.
