Salary: c. £26,500 (with a £12K+ Personal Development Package)

Role Summary:This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to work with one of Wales' leaders in prefabricated buildings that are designed, manufactured and constructed in Wales, with the support and expertise of a multi-disciplinary team in the Sustainable and Resilient Built Environment group from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a collaborative Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) for a fixed term of three years between J.G Hale Construction Ltd (company partner) and Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Based in Neath, J.G Hale Construction Ltd encompasses a number of divisions including Hale Construction, Hale Homes and also Seven Oaks. Hale Construction delivers major construction projects for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and the private building market, working with a wide range of subcontractors in the Neath and Swansea area. Whereas, Seven Oaks designs and manufactures innovative timber frames, roof trusses with strong environmental credentials and a closed panel cassette exterior wall system (Trisowarm) with BBA certification. This enables Hale Construction to use the highest quality materials in its work.
