In order to achieve this we are investing in our professional services administration staff, building a team that will support the growth of the School, whilst providing an excellent experience for our students. Therefore the University of Leicester, School of Business is looking to recruit a Learning Technology Administrator. The Learning Technology Administrator plays a key role in supporting the School’s Learning Technology Manager with the maintenance, ordering and logistics of learning material and supporting online lecture provision within the School.
Main responsibilities in this role will include maintaining controls and procedures for the effective management of material production seeking ways of reducing production costs of teaching materials, whilst maintaining the required service standards.
You will have good IT skills, particularly in MS Office and administrative experience within a busy environment. Excellent customer service experience, oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to deal with a range of tasks and deadlines. Experience of working in Further or Higher Education administration and /or familiarity with the Higher Education environment, issues and developments would be desirable.
