About the role:

We've recently had £1 million of funding confirmed for a new European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) project to run until September 2019. REACTOR is a co-funded (ERDF and ARU) project, which will establish an applied gaming sector in the Greater Cambridgeshire, Greater Peterborough region. Applied games take the methods and technologies of the entertainment games sector and apply them to areas such as health, education, tourism and public services.

In addition, you’ll be liaising with the Compliance Lead to provide comprehensive advice on resource and financial compliance issues to colleagues. Along with the Sector Advisor, you’ll establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders in particular the main funders, steering board and grant advisory panel.

With a degree and/or relevant professional qualification, you’ll be able to manage your own workload and co-ordinate the work of others to achieve results. You’ll be familiar with project management systems and tools, have good IT and numeracy skills and work co-operatively as a member of a team.
