We are seeking a new colleague to provide high-quality administrative support and advice to staff based in the Colleges. You will support and service local meetings and committees, be responsible for the design, development, monitoring and maintenance of the College Professional Programmes/QAE processes and systems under the guidance of the College Manager.
The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of a high performance, resilient service that conforms to both institutional and statutory standards. The role holder will be responsible under the guidance of the College/Department Manager for the supervision, training, support and development of other College administration staff.
Educated to A level standard or equivalent, degree desirable, you will have excellent IT and communication skills including experience of databases and proven administrative experience in a large, complex organisation. Knowledge and experience of administration in the HE/FE sector is desirable.
