Our Research and Enterprise Division would like to welcome a new Research Strategy and Policy Manager (Research Analysis) into their team on a permanent basis. This is a key role in the Research Strategy and Policy Team (RSPT) which will focus in particular on leading the sourcing, analysis and visualisation of internal and external research-related data, developing reports for a variety of user groups, providing high level technical expertise and strategic analysis.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues in RSPT and the wider division, deliver a comprehensive suite of reports to support the delivery of the University’s research strategy and submissions to the Research and Excellence Framework (REF), ensuring the best possible outcomes for the University.

To be considered for this superb career opportunity, you will be educated to degree level (or equivalent professional experience) and have experience of working in higher education, preferably in a research intensive environment. It is important that you have experience of collection, manipulation, interpretation and presentation of research data from multiple sources and are able to present and explain complex datasets in an accessible manner.
