Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 3 years in the first instance.
We are looking for an innovative policy specialist to lead the review and development of modern HR policy at the University of Cambridge.
This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in developing an innovative set of modern HR policies and to build a positive employment relations structure for the University.
With a strong background in policy development and employment relations you will have excellent writing skills, negotiation and project management skills and a professional customer focused approach. You will have experience of building effective stakeholder engagement and supporting and influencing senior level decision making. You will also be highly motivated and capable of working independently to tight deadlines.
Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic disclosure (criminal records check) check and a security check.
