This post offers the chance to work on a new knowledge exchange project entitled ‘The Challenge of Party Membership’. You will have an interest in the topics of party politics, political engagement or participation, and in working with partners beyond academia to plan and develop knowledge exchange activities. This job will see you working with UK political parties to have a real impact on their member engagement activities.

Specifically, we are looking for someone with, or nearing the completion of, a PhD, or with alternative equivalent experience. You will have strong administrative capacities, expertise in qualitative research skills such as interviews and focus groups, and a willingness to learn and undertake new challenges. You will be part of a small research team in Sheffield and will have the opportunity to gain new skills to develop and enhance your CV.
