The University is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Change Communications Officer to support communication activity across the Service Excellence Programme and Digital Transformation.
The University of Edinburgh initiated a Service Excellence Programme in 2016 to review and promote service excellence across professional services in the University, with particular focus on how we ensure we get the best from the sum of our efforts in areas of work where colleagues in the central services, Colleges, and Schools all play a part.
This work is being undertaken to ensure we have the high quality, efficient services and processes needed to sustain and enhance our ability to contribute in the future as one of the world’s top 20 Universities.
As the SEP Change Communications Officer this post will play a key part in ensuring that key messages are presented consistently across a variety of channels. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic professional with a proven track record in supporting communications in large multi-faceted organisations who is seeking a challenging and rewarding position.
This post is fixed-term for 2 years.
Interviews will be held on Monday 18th September.
This is a full-time post (35 hours per week).
Salary range: £27,285 - £31,604 (UE06 grade).
