The Admissions Service is seeking to appoint an experienced senior administrator to join the Partnerships Admissions Team whose responsibilities include issuing Tier 4 Certificate of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) statements, which are required by new international students to join the University of Hull, in accordance with the University's UKVI sponsor duties. The Partnerships Admissions Team are also responsible for dealing with Admissions processes for some strategically important partnerships.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, together with a keen eye for detail, will be accurate in all they do and have excellent communications skills. A proven track record of working with statutory guidelines/policies is also essential for this role. A sound knowledge of Admissions processes and/or Tier 4 policies relevant to Higher Education is desirable for this role, however, training will be provided to the right candidate. The role is 0.8 FTE but flexibility is expected during peak periods and holidays during these times may be restricted to ensure delivery of business operations.
