The School of English, Communication and Philosophy at Cardiff University is seeking to appoint a Teacher (Grade 6, Teaching & Scholarship) in Philosophy. The field for the post is open, but a preference will be given for candidates with an ability to teach Feminist Philosophy.The new colleague will contribute to teaching provision across Philosophy’s undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. S/he will bring an engaging and innovative approach to module delivery and assessment, and, with a commitment to delivering excellent student experience, will contribute to the enhancement of distinctive provision at Cardiff.The post holder will engage effectively with academic, professional and public institutions and groups to raise awareness of the School’s profile, cultivate strategic alliances and enhance the School’s ambition to be a creative and inclusive community renowned for its impact on policy, practice and public life.
Full Time post (35 hours per week)
Salary: £32,548 - £38,333 per annum pro rata (Grade 6)
