You will lead a newly formed administration team working across two programmes at the London College of Communication. Under your management, the team will provide excellent administrative and timely support and record maintenance for a portfolio of courses, including the full servicing of formal committees and meetings, ensuring that the University’s academic policies and procedures are communicated and implemented at College level. Your team will be dedicated to delivering high quality experiences to both students and staff - from responding to queries, enrolling students and managing exam board processing, to coordinating the maintenance of records, systems and reports.

We are looking for someone with proven administrative experience, preferably in a management capacity in a large and complex organisation - ideally within higher education, who has strong communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team. You are able to quickly build strong and positive working relationships with administrative and academic colleagues. You will have excellent organisational and change management skills and can plan and prioritise a busy schedule of work in order to achieve objectives. Your track record includes servicing formal meetings, using records systems and databases, together with a commitment to continuous improvement and solving challenges through innovation. Great problem solving and decision-making skills are crucial.
