Full time, 40 hours per week, shift pattern to work 5 days out of 7 including evenings and weekends
Brasenose College is looking to recruit a Senior Common Room Assistant to support the Butler (Front of House Supervisor) in providing the highest standard of catering service, cleanliness and hygiene across all catering service areas in the College. The post holder is responsible for providing first class service to the Fellows and other members of the SCR and their guests; students who dine in College; and external guests who use the College catering facilities.
In addition to providing a first class service to our students, staff and fellows during term time, the College is very busy during vacation periods, hosting a variety of international conferences and Bed and Breakfast guests and Weddings.
The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience in a front-of-house role, delivering excellent customer service.
