This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, flexible person who has the desire to support students and provide individual, personal support on a one-to-one basis to help the student towards being an independent learner. Ideally, you will be educated to degree level and have experience of working with students in an educational setting. You will be highly organised, adaptable, and be able to respond to the needs of a diverse set of students. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to problem-solve and work independently. As this role will involve working across several college sites in any given week, you must have a driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle.
