The Role
Salary - £24,285 - £27,285 per annum (pro rata)
Full time, permanent position (working term time only - 36 weeks)
Media Production is situated within the School of Performance and Media Production. It is a creative and vibrant community providing exciting opportunities for students to explore their subject and achieve their potential.
Media Production is a programme suite that specialises in Journalism, Radio and Film & TV. This shared focus provides opportunities for students to extend their work across media production as well as collaborating with other disciplines across the School of Performance & Media Production.
The University technical team are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to support learning by providing technical demonstrations and guidance, and maintaining and assisting with the development of resource. The successful candidate will be part of the University Technical Team and will be required to contribute more widely across Performance & Media Production and the University. The successful applicant will have a background in a media production area (such as Journalism, Radio or Film & TV) and will have strong specialist skills in video editing and studio and location equipment operations.
