We are seeking to appoint an administrator to provide high quality and efficient administrative support the Head of Department with the Department budgets and finance as well as support to other academic colleagues within the International Business and Strategy.

In this role, you will also provide support to the John H. Dunning Research Centre, and the Research Director, with the day-to-day running of the Centre. This will involve supporting organisation of events such as seminars, conferences and workshops, and dealing with the Centre Visitors.

You will have:

  • High quality numerical skills and finance admin experience.
  • Previous experience and knowledge in a higher education environment in and administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with on-line processes and web-based systems and with standard office systems and procedures e.g. Agresso financial platform.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals.
