One year Fixed Term Contract
Queen Mary University of London is seeking to appoint a CPD Manager within the School of Medicine and Dentistry. This post will provide support for the development and expansion of continuous professional development (CPD) capacity within the School of Medicine and Dentistry (SMD) and will be expected to work closely with other departments within QMUL and local NHS Trusts. The successful candidate will be a pro-active, energetic and independent worker with excellent communication skills, ideally with a background in delivery of post-graduate courses and/or CPD.
The post is 0.6 FTE and for one year in the first instance. Starting salary will be in the range £36,064-£42,431 (pro rata) per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days’ annual leave (pro rata), defined benefit pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
