The salary will be paid at Grade 5, £28,098 to £32,548 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.
Applications are invited from experienced Personal Assistants and current Executive Assistants who are interested in joining a well-established and dynamic team. Supporting the Director of Brand & Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for prioritising and managing the Director of Brand & Marketing’s schedule and will act as the first point of contact for the Director for internal and external enquiries. This will require efficient communication, a high level of accuracy and ability to use initiative. Additionally, the post holder will be responsible for coordinating central office functions including management of equipment, office space, HR and financial administration. This post will suit a dynamic self-starting individual who is comfortable developing processes and procedures and is keen to deliver a gold standard level of service to colleagues across all levels of the university.
The selection process will include an assessment and competency based questions in a panel interview setting.
