Can you provide a high level of customer service to support the Admissions process? Are you able to maintain the highest level of accuracy of data to comply with strict standards? Would you like to work in this busy team supporting a key part of the Student journey?
As part of the wider Student Education Service, the Taught Admissions team supports the Admissions Service in processing applications for prospective undergraduate and taught postgraduate students. Working as part of this busy team you will also liaise with colleagues across the University and external stakeholders to deliver an effective admissions process, including offer making and compliance.
A flexible approach to work and excellent time management and organisational skills are essential to support the busy admissions cycle. You will need to be able to work with others as well as independently and use your initiative to deal with queries, resolve issues and escalate cases where required.
