We are seeking a Head of Governance to join our team to be responsible for the operational implementation and development of the Governance Framework across the University, and to act as the key first point of contact for Trustees and Committee members and a key interface between the non-executives and executives.
As a member of the Senior Management Group, you will actively contribute to operational planning, decision making, and strategy implementation across the University and provide advice and guidance to the board, Chair and Vice Chancellor on all current governance matters to ensure a robust, effective and open governance process.
You be educated to degree level or equivalent with current membership of the Chartered Secretaries Association or appropriate legal qualification.
As an experienced Company Secretary and leader you will have experience of turning strategic plans into operational capability, along with the ability to Translate complex management information in order to influence, monitor and develop department and business needs.
