Are you a well organised and adaptable individual with a strong customer orientation? Do you want to join a team committed to supporting student education processes and delivering an exceptional student experience?
As part of this role, you will support student education processes, providing an effective counter service to all students, staff and visitors. You will act as first point of contact for the Faculty, dealing with queries and referring students, staff and visitors to specialist services as appropriate. In particular, you will manage processes for collating and returning student work. You will assist Student Education Service teams with project work and will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Faculty, from other schools and from central services.
You will be enthusiastic about and committed to delivering an exceptional student experience with good communication and interpersonal skills. You will have experience in a customer services environment with good attention to detail and able to work with little supervision to meet deadlines.
