We are looking for an exceptional candidate to manage the retail development of the recently reopened Museum of English Rural Life and Special Collections shop, including visual merchandising, sourcing and managing stock. They will also deputise for the Operations Manager and will contribute to all aspects of the front of house operations.
You will have:
- Good understanding of retail in the heritage/cultural sector.
- Knowledge of best practice in visitor welcome and customer care.
- Knowledge of stock management including financial systems relating to effective stock control.
