We are seeking a Marketing & Student Recruitment Officer to join the RCM’s busy Marketing and Communications Department. This exciting new role will support the RCM’s mission to recruit, train and nurture the most talented student musicians from home, EU and international markets. The post will:
- Collect data to inform strategy and activity
- Create original and dynamic content to support student recruitment – segmenting and adapting messaging for different audiences and channels
- Support schools liaison activity - representing the RCM at events, delivering talks and presentations and leading campus tours
The successful candidate will be a passionate and creative communicator, with good knowledge and understanding of higher education across home, EU and international markets. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, digital know-how and confident presentation skills.
Knowledge and appreciation of classical music and prior schools liaison activity is beneficial. Applicants should be excited at the prospect of working in an environment of unparalleled musical riches and inspiring artistic achievement.
