GENERAL SUMMARY:The Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions will establish and cultivate relationships with prospective students, current students and alumni in an effort to recruit the highest caliber students to Chicago Booth’s Executive MBA Program in London. The Assistant Director will help execute the recruitment and marketing strategy in the EMEA region, and participate in the evaluation and selection of applicants. This is a full time post.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively seek out opportunities to connect with prospective students. Develop and maintain a portfolio of leads, building a strong pipeline from initial point of inquiry to enrolment.
- Develop relationships with current students and alumni to generate leads and other opportunities.
- Help devise and execute activities designed to generate an overall increase in leads and applications, including underrepresented groups.
- Conduct MBA recruitment activities. Responsibilities include travelling locally and internationally for the purpose of presenting at, and attending, various recruiting events (121 events, Information Sessions, alumni events etc.).
- In collaboration with the wider team, develop and execute a communication plan for leads in our database. Propose recommendations for future initiatives.
- Help manage our promotion plan via the use of direct mail, digital, social, print media and other channels. Work with our external marketing agencies and vendors to maximize our advertising spend.
- Assist with the development of our marketing collateral and contribute to our social media presence in co-ordination with the other campuses.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of applicants, provide feedback on candidate profiles. Help with interviews where required.
- Provide operational support when required, including scheduling of interviews, creation of reports and processing of new applications.
