Due to planned growth and subsequent increased student admissions, we are seeking to enhance our faculty with experienced Programme Leaders.
QA Higher Education (QAHE) works in partnership with three different UK Universities to deliver a range of undergraduate and post graduate programmes in Business, Management, Marketing and Computing at its branch campuses in London, Birmingham and Manchester. Its focus is on delivery of high quality learning and teaching to facilitate excellent student outcomes.
About The OpportunitiesAs Programme Leader you will have successful and proven experience to be responsible for the academic delivery and development of the Computing Technologies Programme, establishing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with our partner University. You will have the knowledge and expertise to ensure compliance with academic standards, creation of a high quality student experience and the ability to develop a high calibre academic team through your motivational and inspiring leadership qualities.
The programme consists of one foundation year and 3 further undergraduate years of study. The current module include, but are not limited to, Foundations in Programming, Foundations in Computer systems, Web Development, Systems Analysis and Design, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, cyber Security.
Your Skills & ExperienceApplicants should have suitable and relative teaching experience and should hold a MBA or higher degree in a relevant subject area. Interest from PhD holders with current publications is encouraged. A teaching qualification and membership of the HEA would be advantageous.
