About the job
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Data Analytics – Research Director, to play a central role in expanding our analytical work.
We are looking for a person with exceptional analysis skills, and a passion for using data to provide useful, policy-focused insights into society. This role will help to develop new Data Analytics capability at NatCen, and offers the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of social statistics.
The successful candidate will need a strong track record of designing, managing, delivering and promoting high quality analysis projects in the secondary data, big data or administrative data areas. They will play a leading role in expanding our analysis work, taking an active part in business generation, identifying new opportunities and writing successful proposals and funding applications. They will be excellent writers and have a keen interest in the visual display of data.
