The School of Sport, Health and Social Sciences are looking for a Lecturer to join the Psychology Group at Southampton Solent University. Our academic staff combine an active research and scholarship profile with the delivery of high quality courses which focus on the real world application of psychology. You will be expected to have research and teaching interests related to the core areas of our accredited honours degree programmes. We are currently seeking to appoint a colleague who can teach mental health and counselling.
You will be a qualified psychological wellbeing practitioner, counsellor or clinical/counselling psychologist. Relevant professional experience and/or near completion of a PhD in Psychology is desirable. We would be happy to discuss a fractional appointment to accommodate clinical practice.
