The Trust has a national brief for training in the mental health professions, social care, education and forensic services across the age range. We are seeking to appoint an experienced marketing and student recruitment manager on a 14 month maternity cover, starting in early November 2017.
Working alongside the Director of Marketing and Communications, the post-holder will play a key role in planning all marketing activity that aims to maximise student recruitment to both the Tavistock’s long and short courses and bespoke consultancy services. To this end you will use all relevant channels: owned, earned, and paid for.
You will manage the development, coordination and evaluation of marketing and media activity and events in relation to student recruitment, building evaluation into the planning of such activity.
You will be responsible for managing a small team of student recruitment advisors who assist potential students from the point of enquiry until they become enrolled students. You will be required to carry out a range of conversion activities to ensure enrolment of new students meets pre-determined targets.
You will also play a central role in the development of a Tavistock & Portman alumni network and community of practice.
