You’re at your happiest when you’re juggling priorities and making things happen. As a Programme Administrator, you will put all of this to good use as you provide professional administrative support within the Theatre and Screen programme at Wimbledon College of Arts.

From the timely collation of course-related documentation, to committee servicing, coordinating and supporting External Examiners, recording student work submissions, attendance monitoring, organising seminars and workshops, maintaining the Programme’s Moodle pages and supporting assessments. You’ll turn your hand to anything that is needed as that is what you do best.

Why choose us?

Educated to ‘A’ level, or equivalent, you will impress us with your sharp eye for detail, evident efficiency, flexibility and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Happy to be directed, you also know when to use your initiative and are totally at ease working to deadlines.

In return, we offer generous annual leave, an attractive pension scheme, and a commitment to your continuing personal and career development in an environment that encourages creativity, diversity and excellence.
