The Wales Deanery (School of Postgraduate Medical and Dental Education) is looking to recruit a Head of Specialty Training School for Public Health Medicine/Medical Microbiology to provide a strategic role in the delivery and quality management of specialty training in Public Health Medicine/Medical Microbiology across the Wales Deanery.  

This individual will provide expert advice, support and strategic input to all stakeholders associated with delivering high quality postgraduate training in the specialty across Wales.   

As the public face of Public Health Medicine/Medical Microbiology postgraduate medical education and training in Wales, the post holder will be required to liaise with and maintain good working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: £74,393 - £96,583 per annum, pro rata for hours worked (Clinical Grade D6) – 0.5 sessions.
