Description:Use your recruitment expertise and advanced communication skills to represent Curtin to a wide variety of international audiences.

As Regional Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for Curtin’s international student recruitment for Curtin’s South Asia markets, including the management of registered agents and partners.

You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for market development and the expansion of international student recruitment while developing and implementing recruitment plans for the South Asia region. Other responsibilities will include promoting Curtin courses, campuses and articulation agreements, nurturing networks with Curtin staff, government representatives, industry associates, feeder and pathway institutions and reporting on the service delivery of Curtin’s international agents and support persons in their regions.

You need a postgraduate qualification or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.

Demonstrated high level of knowledge of the international student recruitment industry including legislative requirements, industry structure, competitive environment, and contemporary industry developments is essential. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures is required.

Advanced organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload is also essential.

This position commences January 8 2018.
