An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Administration team in the College of Medical and Dental Sciences, at the University of Birmingham.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Administration team in the College of Medical and Dental Sciences, at the University of Birmingham.
The Deputy Institute Manager will be part of the Senior Institute Administration team supporting the Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and the Institute of Metabolism and Systems Research, in the College of Medical and Dental Sciences. The appointee will support the Institute Manager (IM) in the fulfilment of their responsibilities in ensuring administrative services are delivered in an effective, efficient, responsive and professional manner supporting excellence in research and teaching. They will be responsible for delivery of specific areas of administration and will provide advice, support and guidance across a range of processes and ensuring effective local delivery of activity by relevant professional services staff.
The post-holder will be joining a positive and proactive team in the College and will have exceptional communication, analytical, organisational and leadership skills.
