As a result of internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen within the Academic Office to lead the University's Graduate School. You will work closely with the Academic Director (Graduate School) to maintain a strategic overview of the wider context of the Graduate School and postgraduate students at Warwick, whilst also acting as the central point of advice for postgraduate regulatory and procedural matters. You will manage the Graduate School Team, support enhancement of the postgraduate experience within a research-led environment, lead on institutional-level projects and collaborations and also represent Warwick externally. You will have substantial previous administrative and management experience in Higher Education, demonstrating strong leadership, communication and report writing skills. You will have a proven track record in committee servicing and policy development with the ability to negotiate, influence and liaise effectively with senior colleagues. You will possess a first degree (or equivalent experience), together with excellent IT and report writing skills and have proven ability to manage and supervise staff.
